Happy Thursday, everyone! Welcome to Single Living 🙂

As I was thinking about my own life and how I wanted to approach each day, it dawned on me that there are many attractive and fascinating single people I can look to if I ever need inspiration on how to live single life to the fullest. George Clooney, Sheryl Crow, and Coco Channel top my list of the fabulous and single icons. Every woman I know still swoons over the name George Clooney ( I know I do ) and I can’t think of one person who would question the attractiveness of Sheryl Crow or say that Coco Channel was an old maid. Yep, these three pop culture icons have mastered the art of confident single living. They are not unique examples of the single life, but rather they representative of the countless intelligent, fascinating, individuals who live life as a single person.  I know I have a little George, Sheryl, and Coco in me so I thought it might be fun to focus on some character traits that make these single people thrive in a world of couples starting with George Clooney.

In his public persona  George is suave, intelligent, articulate, well-mannered, funny, and completely embraces his bachelorhood. When questioned about his choice to remain single during interviews,George never becomes defensive or makes excuses for his life. Instead, George smiles a dashing smile, has a witty response, and charms everyone in the vicinity. Amazingly, as he answers the interviewers’ questions, he never really reveals too much about his personal life maintaining an air of mystery. George has an easy-going self-confidence about him that makes him attractive.

So, as I go about the business of living the best single life I can, if I ever need inspiration, I can look to my inner George Clooney. Charm, wit,self-confidence, and a slight air of mystery demonstrate that a single life can be a fascinating life and I know I’ve got it in me. 🙂
